Pretty much, they did.

Youngkin was more about stealing away voters from the DNCs plantation to the RNCs ghetto. He did his job, and now hes back on to the RNC grift: half-assed measures, and policies that promise the moon but do exactly nothing against those who break them.

Basically hes just another subhuman DRNC rat.
