The Russians are not going to give a fuck about what America says about it.
As far as the Ukrainian military goes, most will lay down their weapons rather than try to fight the Russians. Any who do try to fight will be annihilated, and they know that. Transferring advanced Western weapons to the Ukrainians is about the same as handing them over to the Russians directly. No doubt, the Russians will find a use for that last hummer shipment. Maybe Syria can use them.
