The idea is that they try to get us on the bandwagon, claiming the SC is gonna rule in our favor.
Then when the chorus is loud enough, they turn down the case, or rule against us.
The occupation and its liberal regressive supporters then get to yell gotcha and finger wag.
They discredit us to the public, and get to say "hypocritical gun owners supported the supreme court
when they thought they would rule in gun owners favor! But when the SC ruled against them, suddenly
they call it unconstitutional. You don't get to have it both way rightwingers now give up your guns!"
Then they get to make an argument for why the right should have supported abolishing/packing the supreme court after all.
