Correct. There are more women clustered around the center of the iq bell curve than men. However, there are more men on the outer bounds of the iq bell curve leading to mostly men being in the high iq category AND also mostly men being in jail because its mostly men on the low iq side of the bell curve as well.
There is an evolutionary reason for this. Tribes need womens wombs to keep our numbers going but they need men to partake risky behaviour. The reason for that is that it's easy to keep everyone safe but if you do you never get to explore the possibilities available in the world. So evolution built into men slightly higher / lower iq in order to facilitate the exploration of the world around them (risky behaviour).
Mathematically, just like 80% of all business fail in the first 5 years and of whats left over 80% fails in the next 5, the same is true of male risk seeking behaviour. Most fail most of the time but the few times they succeed the rewards are enormous.
