You let the state and its dumb ass enablers decide for themselves to do anything, let alone vaccination, pretty soon the state says "hey lets use these people to decide for everyone else as well."

Vaccination drives should not be tolerated.

They should be as tolerated as putting a pigs head out front of a mosque is tolerated.

Tolerance is not a virtue. Tolerance is weakness, decadence, and the wide crooked path to destruction.

Then you say that they say, "hey lets use these people to decide for everyone else as well."

You 'demand', they 'demand'.

The problem is that people are trying to change the world by demanding others to do this or do that. Wise men use persuasion. Bets motivational tool for positive change is to change hears and minds. Good actions flow from caring and focused people. But, "Dammit, do it my way!" Hahahaha! Boy that'll motivate everybody. See then scurry to the exits.
