If that Aluminum gets into your brain over the years you get Dementia/Alzheimers and lose cognitive function.

Do not consume Aluminum compounds. Ever. Read the labels and do your fucking homework (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov).

The most common foods that contain substantial amounts of aluminium-containing additives include some processed cheeses, baking powders, cake mixes, frozen doughs, pancake mixes, self-raising flours and pickled vegetables. The aluminium-containing non-prescription drugs include some antacids, buffered aspirins, antidiarrhoeal products, douches and haemorrhoidal medications. The advisability of recommending a low aluminium diet for geriatric patients is discussed in detail in the paper linked above.

Fluoride is just one of many problems with tap water. All of the systems have chlorine in them or else, they'd be full of bacteria and mold. Then there is a host of other pollutants and chemicals in there. I have a condition called LPR, and this is when stomach acid affects your throat. I find tap water is a huge contributor to this. Even drinking the "filtered" what at the gym created a huge LPR problem. Unfortunately, even if you're not drinking from the tap at home, you can still be exposed to the tap water in food, drinks, and sauces at restaurants and possibly at manufacturers.
