It was my back for awhile, now it's my foot. I am expecting knees next. Yet, my mind is still sharp and feel young.

Didn't see it. It would be great if it works. Old bones and joints suck hard.

Kek! Just wait, it's coming for you too. Me? Flew a desk with moderate bouts of field work thrown in. Walked a fair amount for health purposes and bicycled - some years a lot of the latter. Few things happened in my life to cause joint injury, yet joint pain creeped in anyway. Retired at 54, lost weight and got busy moving. My neighbor is two years younger than me, but was a union sheet metal worker - tinner by trade. Dude has screwed up his knees, has had surgery on both shoulders and has a lot of joint pain. He's toast - or will be at some point in the future according to his own assessment. But he keeps going because his childhood friend became a doctor and told him if he eases up, bone density loss is in the cards which in turn screws everything else up.

Gotta keep moving so you can keep moving, and decrease high impact activities as the years add up. Gotta keep on keeping on.

No one in my family had it. I quit drinking a few years ago…. By quit, I mean I’ve had like 4 drinks in the last 3 years.

So I’m thinking I’m gonna miss that shit.

I hope so, but almost all get it to one degree or another.
