Yeah, the ring shooter was better. That paper would sometimes jam. I remember I would just take a whole paper caps rolls and hit the whole box with a hammer.

Loved those as a kid. The last die-cast cap guns sans orange fag cap. Their only problem was their ratcheting mechanism always broke.
