I'll admit I've had maybe 5 beers in the past year, but one and done. Hell of a lot better than my previous 30-60 a week... Now of only I could get these cigarettes under control.

I quit for two years, then started back up. At first it wasn't too bad but after a month I had health problems return with a vengeance, despite only drinking 1/10 what I was.
