Egg-cellent my friend
I'm not trying to get to zero alcohol but cut down significantly. Since January, down from 52 drinks/wk to 33 drinks/wk. Couple more weeks and phase 1 done, 28 drinks/wk first goalpost.
Edit: I am using a deck of cards. When I run out of that week's cards that's it so it helps from going overboard. I also give myself cards that are earnable from working out and getting decent sleep.
What would you miss most about drinking, if you were to give it up?

This is the number one reason I drink. My number 2 reason is to kill pain.
I don't drink daily. Only when it's necessary. I did stop smoking pot a couple weeks ago. I quit dreaming years ago. But since I quit smoking I've been having dreams again for the last two nights. I'm enjoying it. The only thing I can guess is smoking pot was keeping me from dreaming
