A few lists (I had to ask people too; it really weirded me out that some dude wanted to hear my whole sexual history):

Resentment: 4 columns - What am I resentful at? Why? How does this affect my life? What was my part?

Fear: 4 columns - What am I afraid of? Why? Does this fear relate to my self will failing me? What is a better way to live?

Sex: 4 Columns - Who did I have sex with? In what way was it selfish? Did it create jealosy/suspicion/bitterness in anyone? What should I have done?

It's not about a confession of sins or anything. It's a means of putting your tendencies down in a way that shines a light on character defects that you're likely not aware of. You start to see patterns in your behavior based on these lists, which give you a clear set of things you don't want to keep, for when you go into 6 and 7.

I live with a woman I trust and have a relationship that is very old fashioned. We don't use silly apps like Facebook, x, Twitter, tinder, on and on.

We have a cow we named Betsy, we have a chicken coop and grow corn stalks, garlic and shallots. We make our own milk and use eggs and live off the land.

Only Whites are allowed on the property and when we have children they will be home schooled and work on the farm with us.

All of our nieces and nephews have been bought guns and we do target practice and training every Saturday. My brother and his 5 kids always are here and we do a BBQ as well. He is ex military so I let him conduct the training.
