Don't know the rules of the sub, but my therapist who really helped me has a new book out.

As some of you know I was a big drunk some years ago, and achieved and sustained sobriety for years now.

She has published a book that probably, based on my experience, is good.

I get no kick back from the link or anything, I just personally know she is good with addiction issues as she helped me kick a decade long alcohol addiction.

If this violates anything of course just remove and bsn my ass or whatever. But just genuinely think it's probably useful.

Doesn't bother me any. And I think I'm the only one you have to worry about removing it.

Good going on the recovery.

Is it just for alcoholism or would people with other addictions like drugs, gambling, whatever else there is, find it useful?

Not just alcohol, but the focus is substance abuse, probably not best for gambling and such.
