Sounds like Jean Carlo stole John's gun from out of his safe while John was in the hospital for MRSA and sold it for drug money. John got back from the hospital earlier today and saw his gun was missing, and, to his credit, immediately reported it to the police. Nobody else in the house knew that John had a gun, or, more surprisingly, an actual gun safe that he kept it in. Apparently he had just gotten it back (from where?) and was trying to get it out of the house and to his mom's house when his MRSA infection got so bad he had to go to the hospital. He had been in the hospital for about 4 days or so until returning tonight, about 7:00. The detective interviewed John and Jean Carlo, along with the house manager, took a report, and all police authorities have since exited without taking any immediate police action.
