Are you practicing good posture, healthy eating habits, working out snd drinking lots of water?

3/4 my posture is for shit. Sit on my ass too much but not fat.

Get up and move around as much as possible. Think of excuses to move. Leave a bottle of water in the fridge. Go get a sip every half hour. Take the long way back to your desk. Even if it's only a 20 foot trip, you still moved around. People watch TV, put on music or a podcast and go for a walk. Good luck

Not being fat is good, but posture and thoughtful breathing habits will help you live happy and healthy. You've probably heard this from someone before, but I thought I'd remind you, the longer you participate in bad posture, the more your muscles and such will grow in the wrong spots, resulting in worsening health conditions.

Your body muscle is like a bunch of rubber bands and bad posture mixed with no stretching places the rubber bands in the wrong spot which can result in your body experiencing pain, it will also slow down the healing process since the muscles are trying to regenerate in the wrong spots.

If you want to promote good health and be at the computer all day while keeping your mind off alcohol, focus on posture, breathing, stretching and flexing.

The best thing would be to have a standing computer. Make sure your monitor is high enough you're not looking down on it. Keep your shoulders back and back strait, hips pushed forward. When your body is in the right spot, flex your body Bruce Lee style, maintain that flex as often and for as long as possible. Don't forget to stretch to keep those muscles limber.

This might feel painful and unnatural at first, but once your body is fixed, it will recover and take damage more gracefully. It's something you can do passively that shouldn't interfere with your lifestyle.

Tldr:

Practice good posture, stretch and flex, breath properly, drink lots of water.

Makes no sense to miss misery while in misery.

It's probably the only thing I like right now, but I haven't been going overboard since relapse. Picked up weed from a cool fat coworker last night. Maybe I'll go back to more of that
