Biggest benefit has been better quality sleep.

I haven't been actively trying to quit, but it does feel good to take a break.

Henry Ford dedicated an entire chapter in his book "The International jew" about how jews use alcohol to poison and control Aryans.

Alcohol is terrible for you. It's a hard core sugar addiction that also makes you crazy and retarded while it destroys your mind and health.
