Fluoride for one, unless you're in Japan. They have a slightly safer alternative

Much of Europe doesn't fluoridate their water either.

The countries that do, are far fewer than those that do not.

Sadly. Ireland is one of the few European countries on the opposite side of that.

100% of publicly avail water is fluoridated there according to their gov.
