idk, wasn't fat b4 but am looking a little gaunt now. Been lifting and carbo loading lately to offset it

Off The Sauce is a place for people trying to quit alcohol, or in recovery from alcohol, to share: stories, support, memes, music, or general recovery related content.

Substance abuse posts are allowed, but the main focus is getting and staying off the sauce.
