Good work. The "missing something" may have a lot to do with habit. Get some Zero-THC CBD drinks. Find a flavor you like and keep a few around for when you would have usually been drinking. They will help you mellow out but you wont get "drunk" or any kind of "high" off of it and the motion of drinking something carbonated will make the habit easier to drop over time.
