Thanks bro. Im back to square one recently. a back injury had me mad depressed but I did a ton of yoga today and that seemed to fill the need somewhat. Back on my meds today too after visiting the doctor so that's a win.

Depression is a bitch and was a big part of my boozin' days. Exercise helps. A had more than one wagon fall off when I had things that kept me from my exercise routine, If yoga does it for you become the freakin' king of yoga, that type thing really does help when you go all in for it. Most of us who are natural booze hounds are in part because we do nothing half-assed. If we're gonna drink dammit we're gonna drink. You probably have that for other things too though, so if you're gonna gonna yoga, frickin' yoga, man.

Yeah that's me to a T man, I always say I go hard with whatever I do, whether it's weight lifting or drinking or whatever. I have no middle ground, zero or 100.
