Even if you live in an apartment, you can plant something. Get some pots, get some soil, and plant something. It can be herbs, root vegetables, flowers, anything really. It’s fun to watch things grow. Also, get a pet. It can be a dog, a cat, a lizard, a bird, fish, or anything really lol. Something for which you are personally responsible for their continued existence. Get outside of yourself.

Edit: Nvm you gotta drink for that shit. Do gardening im gonna try out plant breeding some things for a colder climate this summer. Otherwise i would recommend learning how to manufacture anything you want.

Start wrenching on shit Get some basic tools if you don’t have some and do mechanic work start light if you have no skills and learn from YouTube. I find this kind of work while frustrating at times therapeutic. And with basic skills it becomes a way to make some extra money.
