Just looking for real advice, not just go to the gym. I live in the woods. No AA for sure, no outside help. Every week I tell myself the same thing. Im not here at night this weekend cause Im trying. I feel so much better when I drink, kinda. Last weekend was a wake up call on monday. Fuck I was wondering if I had a stroke or something. Im not going overboard but cant imagine nothing. I assume its just a man up thing. But then I look at the way the world is going and think wtf? What do I have to lose? When everything crashes till then does it even matter? I know yall cant help really. Its a fight Im not sure I care to win.

For me its really about the feel of being myself when im off the sauce. It really feels good. Much better then those few hours of "happy" then the "crash" the next morning.
