For me it's gagging. I used to go into alcohol withdrawal through the night and spend my mornings fighting the gagging and shaking. So now, from time to time, when I'm getting into my car to go to work I'll gag reflexively.
I'm only about 7.5 months sober though, so I think I've got about 5 more months of that to look forward to.
