Been over a week since last drink. My sleep pattern sucks. Sleep at 3am. Wake at 8. Fuzzy. But seems to be getting better. Little steps.
When I was off work for Cohen19, I started eating right, working out and drinking very sparingly as I was spending so much time and effort on being healthy. Bombing a 6er of 8% beer had less appeal. Sleep was shit at first. Would be tired enough to pass out at 10, plan to sleep til 6. Was often tossing and turning from 3am. Would get up and make coffee and then breakfast around 4:30. Good times TBH. Plan to get back to that come mid March.
I too have been making strides to eat better as well. Took ivermectin horse paste and some worm wood. Started eating better makong custom Chopped salads worth carrots cucumber and mixing it with a Greek yogurt seems to taste okay enough and feel full. Little gassy but better than Grubhub spending shit ton, and eating garbage.
