1) don't drink alcohol (duh) 2) stop eating sugar - sugar causes a spike and crash in your blood sugar levels. When it crashes, you'll crave booze. 3) avoid carbohydrates - carbohydrates are just sugar molecules linked together. They do the same shit to your blood sugar levels, just less violently. 4) drink a shitload of water - and make sure fluoride is filtered out. That has nothing to do with booze, but you don't want to petrify your brain. 5) if you are craving booze, eat something (preferably fat and protein heavy). Your fucked up brain thinks booze is food. It's not. 6) start taking vitamins - Magnesium is a must. If you have a deficiency it makes your cravings way worse. Take it daily. D3 and K2 you should take in general. 7) exercise

Take B 12 Drink tonic water when cravings hit. Right away. It helps because of the quinine. Idk what the chemical does, it just helps. (Look it up if your worried about it, it's a really old solution.) Add lime or lemon if you like it. Change your habits. Get out of the place where you drank at the time you started drinking. Get and engage with sober friends. Make plans with them and follow thru. (Edited, didn't proof read)
