Grab a tall glass of water and wake up tomorrow felling better. Every day it gets easier. You will wake up feeling better than the day before. You can do this. Go somewhere, do some light exercise, call that old friend and have a meaningful conversation, go shooting and get some range time in... Get out of the place you drank at. Home? Leave. Bar?
