so how was peter jennings reporting on the celebration that won't occur for another 11 hours?

He is already talking about it 2 hours and 45 minutes after the attack.
Did Jennings pull a Jane Standly, BBC, when she reported the collapse of the Solomon Brothers building before it happened?
NYC is 7 hours behind Jerusalem.
WTC1 collapse was at 10:28AM ET, or 5:28PM Jerusalem time. The plane crash into WTC1 was 8:46AM ET or 3:46PM Jerusalem time.
WTC2 collapse was at 9:59AM ET, or 4:59PM Jerusalem time. The plane crash into WTC2 was 9:03AM ET or 4:03PM Jerusalem time.
This aligns with recorded daylight (~4PM to ~6PM) celebrations in Jerusalem.
If the timestamp is right, Jennings was broadcasting at 12:15PM 9/11 (7:15PM Jerusalem time) and included Palestinian footage from after WTC1 was hit (3:46PM Jerusalem time). This is possible, they had +/-2 hrs of daylight left in Jerusalem after WTC1 was hit.

suppose its 4pm and you live in Palestine. You get a call from your reuters guy. he tells you to get your video camera. You need a reaction shot to breaking news that the u.s. is under attack. Your guy doesnt call for reactions in iraq. Not iran. Not israel. Not saudi arabia. just palestine. Within an hour you are outside, telling some kids and some lady theyll be on tv if they give the best responses. They ablidge, probably because they are in fact gleeful. Tape is sold to reuters eithin 90 mins of the 1st call. 11.30am in new york. Every network now has a copy. Script writers obediently get to work writing copy. Within 30 mins they turn it around and get the talking points dialed in. Peter jenning's producer has 15 mins before going live of the cheering feed, script in hand. I suppose, now that i look at it again its very possible. But how does all of that track. are they reporting the news? Or, within hours of 911 confirmed to be an attack, are they directing reality tv to inflame passions.
