I didn't know exactly where to post this, so I'm going to post this here. I'd considered posting this in my own sub, but I don't feel it's directly connected to digging into the little season eschatology. I could make correlations between this and the path I'm taking to attempt to open people's eyes and teach them, but I feel this post will be more at home here.

The core to affecting true change in one's life comes down to the simple phrase I am. It's about understanding your deepest innermost self. It's about creating a balance between your ego and your id. It's about fully controlling your deepest truths.

The mystery schools teach in this way. It has levels. Each level, once mastered, gives you a stronger foundation for later lessons to be built upon. Trying to go from the first step to the last step creates too much cognizant dissonance. Once you've mastered your subconscious desires and are able to rewrite your deepest held beliefs then you can master your own reality. Most people don't have the ability to even recognize what they have been programmed with since birth. Your personality, your flaws, every thing that you are has been programmed into you since before you could even speak.

This is a post for those who are more familiar with the basics. I no longer feel the same way I do about the occult. God has really been working on me in recent times. So what I'm not going to do is lead people to how to control their subconscious state. Without a strong held spiritual belief system in place one opens themselves up to outside influences.

All things in one's own reality come down to one statement. I Am. When speaking or thinking always direct your intent with the perspective of I am. If you want to be a better person then you have to let go of the thinking of "I will" or "I want." By using those statements you are taking away the certainty and replacing it with vague limitations. You need to train your thoughts and actions to directly correlate to what already exists. Not what could potentially exist. Once you have mastered speaking and thinking your reality into existence as if it already is, there's no change in your life that you cannot effect.

For instance, if you're an alcoholic and you want to get over it, you can't think I wish or I will stop drinking. You approach it with I'm not a drunk. I am not controlled. I am in control of my own life and my own behaviors. "I am not an alcoholic" should be the phrase and mantra you use.

What you believe at your core is your reality. What you struggle with are your demons that you yourself have chosen. Mastery of ones and own life begins and ends with one simple term.

I Am.

As a former occultist, I would recommend you focus instead on The Great I Am.

I absolutely do focus on the great I am. You've got to understand the occult if you want to understand the reality of the world you're currently living in. Nothing truly makes sense unless you factor in knowledge of the occult. Bettering yourself with the focus on the part of the Great I Am who resides within you was the goal of this post. If you actually read the post I specifically state I won't teach people how to access the deeper levels. I could, but I won't. That doesn't mean that you can't seek guidance and take control of your life. Most people fail, specifically, because they simply don't believe. When the difference between success and failure more often than not is the view point one has. Thus the reason for this post. Perspective matters. I prayed before posting this. It's been something that's weighed on me a lot lately. What's triggered my thoughts on the subject lately are past conversations I've had with Theo. He's been on my mind. I've been praying for him. This is the reason why I used alcoholism as my example in the post. I however do not disagree with you. The focus should be on God and bettering yourself. We are at the end of time and it's quickly running out. People need to make the changes within themselves now before it's too late.
