The only thing I tried that tastes like bacon is fried turkey pistrami tastes just like bacon but sticks like glue to the fry pan.

For some of the substitutes, probably. I know coconut bacon can be a terrible substitute. The more I had of it, the less it tasted like bacon. Maybe someone can do it right, but I won't hold my breath.
