Ahhh, gotcha. I found cooking the bacon slower helped keep the curling to a minimum and a holding down with the long spatula for a few seconds brought the occasional unruly strips into submission.

I take the BlackStone camping all the time. Nothing better than a kick ass breakfast of bacon, eggs, hash browns and sourdough to start the day’s adventure! Maybe you’ve had them but if not, Idaho Spuds Golden Grill Hashbrown Potatoes are damn good tators for cooking on the griddle or pan. They’re dehydrated, just soak in some warm water for 10~15min, pat dry and cook as usual. Great for camp or home. I have a buddy get them for me at Costco.

I’ll grab some next time I go in. Thanks for the recommendation.

Just as good as fresh made, and waaaay better than those frozen ones. Cheap, easy to keep and no need to keep cold when camping.
