Holy fuck, that sounds delicious!

Probably tough to get the bacon cooked just so without cooking the scallops to the point where they're rubbery; I guess that's the whole secret here!

It was good, it was also tough to cook and we baked it at 425 for 12 minutes and pan fried it for a couple minutes.

But if you read the other comments on this post, you'd see that actually AOU caught me, I didn't cook this at all. According to her I made this post fishing for 5 points on her web site.

She really has a great way to get people to want to participate.
