With particular regard to niggers, I view them as animals that have learned enough mimicry to get by in society. Their genetics make them more similar to our shared ancestor with apes. Quick tempered, aggressive, driven in primal way by sexual urges and simple vices, inability to plan ahead or forsee consequences. They are a different species all about the here and now.
The outliers practice mimicry. Any animal raised among another species will develop traits of that species, but not in numbers great enough to cause a long term effect. When you look at how they behave or talk, you can tell there's just something... missing. It's unnerving really. You can't expect a species that reproduces like humans do to change in only roughly 150 years from being malnourished, primitive, tribal savages whose only value was to be used for manual labor, who never developed proper agriculture, who 90% of today are still behind Rome 2000 years ago, to be competent, productive members of polite society with a species that has reproduced and evolved with proper nutrients and genes that allow for a much more peaceful existence which in turn allowed innovation and arts to flourish because we weren't spending all of our time starving or fighting.
