DC Chief Judge James Boasberg and other DC Judges admitted bias against the Trump Administration during a March 2025 judicial conference with Chief Justice Roberts, according to a memo obtained by The Federalist.

For the last several months DC Circuit Court Judges have engaged in a judicial coup against President Trump.

Far-left DC judges James Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Chutkan, Berman Jackson and others have ruled against President Trump in every case related to deportations and firings in the Executive Branch.

Boasberg, an Obama appointee, is one of the worst offenders. Judge Boasberg not only demanded planes deporting illegals turn around midair, he said he found probable cause to hold Trump Admin officials in criminal contempt for defying his court order.

Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties, The Federalist reported. >“In a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist, a member of the Judicial Conference summarized the March meeting, including a “working breakfast” at which Justice Roberts spoke. According to the memorandum, “District of the District of Columbia Chief Judge James Boasberg next raised his colleagues’ concerns that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis.”” The Federalist reported. . . .
