The company I work for got screwed royally by them. My moronic director thought it was a brilliant idea. After the first year they tripled the cost knowing all his crap was stuck on their services. He lost the company millions. He's moved everything over to Google now and I'm waiting for the same sticker shock in a year or two.

It will happen. Eventually people may realize having a very small or contract IT service is cheap compared to this bullshit.
