Well guys, I'm so excited to have made it a whole week that I went out and did something for myself. Today I went to the mall and bought this cool pair of shoes I've had my eye on for ages. Funny thing is, I'd NEVER have had the confidence to rock these shoes if I hadn't starting this journey of self-improvement. They're a modern style with a thick, tall sole. An extra benefit? They add a couple inches to my height (not that this is the reason I bought them; I'm into fashion too). Remember how I said before that my shoes-on height had increased to almost 5'7". Well now my mark on the door jamb measures a full 5'9" (shoes on!). I'm *basically 6 feet tall* all thanks to NoFap!
