Fast food doesn't want people eating in the restaurant. They want you to buy the food and leave. So while they probably will give you a refill if you go to the counter, this is another move to keep people from dining in.

Its genuinely just niggers. It's not that they don't want anyone eating there. It's that they don't want "urban yoofs" eating there, because they don't buy much, steal and make a mess at drink and condiment stations, and hang out whooping hollaring and making noise.
This of course discourages actual customers from wanting to come to the resturant, cause waste from stuff wasted and stolen, and generally mature employees miserable from falling with it leading to high turnover.
They found that at the locations where they don't have self serve drink machines and condiment stations "urban yoofs" don't hang out because there's nothing for them to pillage for free.
You might be right. It will be interesting to see how this all rolls out and if they do the same in overseas markets that don't have nigger infestations.
