This guy sent the console to an eBay repair shop to test them. It never arrived and reading the reviews on Google, I'm not too surprised.

@Fumduck might appreciate looking at those reviews in a 'Misery loves company' kind of way.

This post office has 1.6 stars on Google: United States Postal Service 735 W Huron St

I'd include a link but Jewgle puts all kinds of tracking into their URLs, sorry 'bout that, I quoted some 1 star reviews below:

Sounds like a "racially diverse" hell hole, BTW:

Pontiac, Michigan, is a racially diverse city of approximately 61,000–62,000 people with a median age around 34-35. The population is roughly 42–48% Black or African American, 23–28% White, and 22–24% Hispanic

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst post office we have ever experienced! This is not the first time we have had issues. I would say only 1/3 of packages don’t experience delays when going through this post office. This is the latest we are waiting on and I still doubt we will get it.

Dec 23: arrival Rochester, NY Dec 24: arrival Detroit, MI Dec 24: arrival Pontiac, MI Dec 24: SENT to Albany, NY Dec 27: departed Springfield, MA Dec 28: arrival Warrendale, PA Dec 28: arrival Detroit, MI Dec 28: arrival Pontiac, MI Dec 29: in transit to next facility?!

Would leave NO STARS if we could! My daughter’s been waiting on a package she was giving us a Christmas gift that was supposed to be delivered 12/19. OF COURSE it’s “still at this location” with no other information as to when it will be delivered. Probably won’t be, this location is full of thieves, and she’s saying it was probably stolen by an employee. Sad.

The rudest, most disrespectful, arrogant customer service representative I have ever experienced. MD was aggressive, argumentative and continuously raised his voice at me. MD even started directing his yelling to other customers in line. MD did try to apologize for yelling at me, but the level of unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness to a customer is absolutely unacceptable. USPS needs to implement serious customer service training or better evaluate who they are hiring.

Terrible or non-existent passport services. I showed up for the walk in hours and they did not honor them saying they don't have someone to take care of it, fine... Then, I made an appointment for another day and showed up 10 minutes early only for them to tell me that passport appointments were cancelled for the day, but I was never notified of this! I would not recommend this place at all or at least hope that replace all the useless staff working here with some that care about their job.

Another stellar example of .gov postal largess at the hands of it's DEI overlords.

Urban post offices would be one of Dante's levels of hell if he'd developed the concept in the 21st century.

USPS, staffed and managed by diversity, no legal duty to accomplish any task. "Don't want to" mixed with "don't have to" is the perfect combination for best service experience.

Isn't there a division of the post office who goes after people who commit mail theft woth guns drawn? Can't they take on this issue?

Postal inspectors. They're the reason why post offices had secret doors and secret observation points constructed into them. I think that concept has faded into oblivion, and only the most brazen - or stupid - employee criminals are now caught for any offenses.
