The worst serial killer is big pharma. Just the vioxx scandal killed about 50k with heart attacks, just like their studies showed. The altered them, bribed the FDA and put it on the market even though they knew it didn't work at all and would mass kill people. No jail time and they only paid like 500 mil in a penalty out of the 86 billion they made. Not even any bad stories put out about them, the news covered for their jewish breathren.
