Two horrible things. Niggers and HOAs in the same story. Of course the writer of the article got up to the edge of "she was targeted because she is black" but couldn't quite publish that legally.
The HOA heard a nigger was swinging in a tree. When they investigated, they were disappointed that it wasn't swinging from a rope in a tree, so issued the fine.
That HOA should look into banning single moms.
