It would lessen but not by that much. They run a scam where they'll stand outside a grocery store and offer to buy double the amount of groceries if you give them the cash. A scam as old as I am at least.

Had not thought of that. Proper police enforcement would deter some of that but cops don't like dealing with niggers anymore than we do. I guess I'll drop my fraud rate cut to 25%. Niggers can be inventive when colt45, swisher sweets, gibs, and drugs are desired.
