That's not a woman. That's a taxpayer sponsored zoo creature from africa. Our government steals our money and gifts it to these creatures. They are so primitive, the government has to dole the money out at regular intervals because the creatures are incapable of saving, planning for the future, or earning their own currency outside of stealing. The government also pays for their housing with our money, because they are incapable of building (or operating) their own modern shelters. This artificial prosperity causes the zoo creatures to multiply (which grants them more money). The increased number of zoo creatures causes our taxes to rise, preventing us from being able to afford our own families. The net result is more unproductive, dangerous zoo creatures, and less human beings.
