That was probably the autocorrect kicking in. But in many countries you sign a contract when you are employed.
I understand different countries have different employment verbiage, but the sentence says,
'We kindly ask for your corporation regarding this subject.'
Which makes no sense. It seems an obvious typo and I almost made an autocorrect comment lamenting the lack of proofreading.
It was just something that made me raise an eyebrow to its authenticity.
