I would support paying them $5k (one time) to be sterilized with a bonus of $5k if they can prove that they have never procreated. Hell give them $20-30k if they self-deport and give up their citizenship for life and can never return or reside/travel to any other western nation.
The program would pay for itself in the decrease in crime and EBT/SNAP/"Social Services".
