We are on the verge of not having written tests for law enforcement. Shit is going to get crazy. If you don’t have reading comprehension and you can’t spell, you can’t write up a report that will convict anyone.

I sent my father one of the types questions niggers had trouble with. Keep in mind he’s got some cognitive issues. Multiple steps really screw him up sometimes.
