Oh wow, this 'money glitch' is still a thing?. I remember people depositing empty envelopes back in late 90's as the ATM/ bank would enable a certain amount of funds to be withdrawn against a yet unverified cheque deposit. Yet even then everyone knew as soon as the bank did the ATM deposits in the morning, the account would automatically be debited the requisite amount - with an overdraft fee and froze the account until the individual came in and spoke with the branch manager for why they should be able to remain a 'valued customer', lol.
