Long answer? The way they draw districts, and the way they amass votes mean that the city centers and ghettos are what influence the politics of a state. Oregon is perhaps the greatest example of this. When you leave Portland, Oregon is red as fuck. But because Portland is the largest city in the state, oregon is a communist paradise.
Oregon, as of July 2022, has 4.24 million people. 87,000 are niggers.
That's 2%.
By comparison, Louisiana, same date, has 4.59 million people. 1.47 million are niggers. That's 32% and Louisiana voted GOP pretty much exclusively since Ike.

I never mentioned policies. I'm only questioning why the nigger vote matters every election. The kikes go on and on about nigger vote this and nigger vote that every cycle when they are, mostly, statistically insignificant at 13% of the national population. Out of that 13%, you are looking at around 5% of the national population that can vote? How is that even remotely relevant and deserving of attention every election?
