I heard on the radio that the there is a big lawsuit against the state over this. Even though the local government were the ones who fucked up the pipes every single tax payer in Michigan is going to pay for it.

Suing for tax dollars then paid by tax dollars. Governments are mostly pointless and or corrupt. They always attract the worst of people.
