It would cripple the NBA and the AMMO makers. NO ONE cares about the NBA and with the 90% crime drop, people would not buy ammo as often for protection.

Ive thought about it just never really looked into it. Any legal issues or major cost issues? I read a while back that there was a primer shortage so it did not matter if you could reload unless you had a bunch of extra stock.
