Good job this is the UK, if it were USA, the Daschunds would have gotten away with it cuz deyre black innit!.
Here though of course we are fair to everyone(except whites) and so all the dogs will be charged and have their day in court.!!, /S.
Fancy trying to walk 7(other reports were claiming 8) and having most of them on their leads(where they could have at least escaped and it may have saved her), my wife and I often walk 4 dogs(off lead) and they're all well socialised and chilled out dogs, but even with just 2 large dogs each they can be a handful on the lead when excited, I can't imagine 1 person walking 7or 8, that just too much in case something like what happened happens.
