In their first point they basically say that it has to be an authoritarian hell hole for it to work at all. Which is basically true. What they don't say is that you are not the authority and they are. They are the "better ones" that "don't need to work, they need to manage".

Ill make it shorter though. 1. Start commune. 2. People don't contribute because they don't feel like it and want to "Teach" not shovel shit. 3. Collapse.

Yeah, that's pretty much correct. Any time there is a "system" someone will decide that they "deserve" to be at the top of it. It is basically impossible for a "commune" to really exist.
