Really? Fucking really? At least get one of the ones that uses a laser rather than a needle so you don't have a risk of scratching it. I get the "collector" thing to a degree but these morons are buying them because "its cool to be retro" or some shit but they cant even play the records and probably don't even know how a player works. It looks like we agree then. You could even have a cheap crappy one that you use sometimes and I would still give you respect.

What I don't respect is some fucking moron buying vinyl because "its cool" and cant even play it because "hipster". Fucking gen-Z is that now "retro core" or "retro maxxing" or some fucking bullshit?

I still haven't hooked mine back up since the move but I also haven't bought any new records either. Orbit makes a relatively decent introductory player.
